Course Description
iBuyers, otherwise known as online firms that make "instant offers," are an option homeowners considering selling their property have in many markets today. Instead of listing their home for sale with a real estate agent on the open market, a homeowner now has the option to sell their property directly to an iBuyer. This is done by requesting an instant offer online through the iBuyers website. There are many pros and cons to this process and you can help navigate prospective clients on why this may or may not be the direction they want to go when selling their home.

Online Anytime

How you benefit from taking this course:

  • Be able to explain the instant offer option for someone considering selling their property.
  • Have a general understanding of the most common iBuyer companies active in the market today.
  • Articulate the pros and cons of selling a property to an iBuyer.
  • Understand the general process of requesting an instant offer from an iBuyer.
  • Gain knowledge of how real estate professionals can earn a commission from iBuyers.
  • Understand proactive marketing strategies to use in iBuyer "buy box" neighborhoods.

Who Should Attend:
Any real estate professional that would like more knowledge on digital trends in the industry and especially licensees who would like to understand the digital competition developing in the market today and potential colleagues and allies.
